Placing an Order
We only accept orders through this website using our shopping cart system and following the checkout procedures. Make sure that you are ordering the correct size and color combinations. You are provided with all the necessary information in our FAQs page.
You may revise information in your order by sending emails to email@example.com. Requests for revision should be made within 24 hours after confirming your order or before making your payment.
G-Cash, Smart Money and Bank Deposits
Teekals.com shop mainly accepts offline payments through G-Cash, Smart Money and Bank Deposits. Upon checkout, instructions for payment are provided. Make the payment within the allotted time and inform us once the payment has been made. Allow us at most 24 hours to confirm the payments that you made through bank deposits.

We ship to all domestic destinations in the Philippines.
Orders are shipped via Philfox Courier, Air21, XendExpress or LBC. Teekals.com will decide which courier to use. We use weight-based shipping, which starts at the following rates:
You can get a shipping quote for your order by placing item(s) in the shopping cart and beginning the checkout process.
Please allow up to 5 full business days for us to tailor, print, press and package your ordered shirts. We will email you with the courier's tracking number once the shirts are shipped. Local couriers provide next day delivery to most Philippine addresses, but can take up to 3 days. Once the package is already with the courier, Teekals.com no longer have the control over the transit time of the items. You may contact the courier regarding your package.
Out of Stock Items
If an item runs out of stock after your order is processed, you have the option to revise your order or request for a full refund. Refunds may take 2-5 business days.
You may return items within the first 7 days after receipt as long as it is in its original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for returns. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
We do not allow exchange of products.
